About My Practice

Who comes to me

Adults at all stages who are:

  • feeling stuck

  • dealing with the daily stresses of life

  • dealing with traumas

  • living with circumstances they have grown to understand and accept, that live in the nervous system as trauma that longs for release. This could look like physical pain, parenting challenges, relationship struggles, chronic emotional states, how to be with your body as you age, grappling with unfulfilled desires.

Helping other Healers

Many of my clients are healing practitioners themselves, including psychologists, social workers, artists/actors/musicians and bodyworkers.

My approach: It takes a village.

I like a team approach to personal healing, when possible. Movement, bodywork, meditation, psychotherapy, natural and conventional medicine, etc. are all aligned with the work I do.

Sue's knowledge and understanding has helped me to handle chronic pain and nervous system dysregulation that was once all consuming.
